Chakrubs Workshops teach supportive practices that you can add to your everyday life or existing Chakrubs practice. Each workshop comes with a new practice + journaling worksheet for reflecting on its teachings.
The journaling worksheet really anchored the practice for me—I’ve replayed the workshop twice and each time I catch something new to reflect on. It’s a solid, low-pressure way to weave the techniques into my daily routine.
The journaling worksheet was the highlight for me, gave me a chance to slow down and actually think through the practice beyond just reading about it. I only wish there were a couple more examples of how to weave it into a busy week.
The workshop content is solid and the journaling worksheet adds structure, but I wish the sessions went a bit deeper into the actual practice rather than just touching on the basics. It works fine as a refresher, though I wouldn't call it transformative.
