The rose quartz stays cool at first, then warms up nicely with body heat, which I didn't expect to love so much. I keep it on my nightstand and use it after rough days—the weight of the stone itself is oddly grounding.
The rose quartz is cool to the touch at first, then warms up almost like it's alive in my palm. I've had it on my nightstand for two weeks, and just holding it after a stressful day genuinely softens that tightness in my chest.
I've been holding it during meditation and the weight of the stone is so grounding, plus the rose quartz feels like it radiates a subtle warmth after a few minutes. It's become my nightly ritual to just rest it on my chest and breathe, and I genuinely feel the emotional heaviness lift a little each
