Chakrubs-työpajat opettavat tukevia käytäntöjä, joita voit lisätä arkeesi tai olemassa olevaan Chakrubs-harjoitukseesi. Jokainen työpaja sisältää uuden harjoituksen sekä päiväkirjatyöskentelylomakkeen, jonka avulla voit pohtia opetuksia.
The journaling worksheet that comes with each workshop is what surprised me most — it actually got me thinking about my practice instead of just going through the motions. I've been adding the new practice to my mornings and it fits right in with what I already do.
I picked up one of the workshops expecting a quick video, but the practice actually gave me something I could fold into my morning routine. The worksheet made me slow down and reflect instead of just rushing through it.
The journaling worksheet really anchored the practice for me—I’ve replayed the workshop twice and each time I catch something new to reflect on. It’s a solid, low-pressure way to weave the techniques into my daily routine.
