I’ve been holding it during meditation and the weight is so grounding, plus the heart-chakra energy feels genuinely calming. The rose quartz shape fits perfectly in my palm for those deeper breathing sessions, and it’s helped me release some old resentment I didn’t realize I was carrying.

The rose quartz is surprisingly smooth and cool to the touch, and holding it against my chest genuinely felt like a release of some old tension. It's become part of my nightly wind-down ritual.

The rose quartz is smooth and has a nice weight in my hand, which makes it easy to hold during breathwork. I do wish it came with a small pouch or cloth for storage, but the stone itself feels lovely against my chest.
